By accessing or using Off The Bench ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Off The Bench is an AI-powered sports prediction platform that provides analysis, predictions, and insights for NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL games. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process publicly available sports data including odds, injury reports, and historical statistics.

3. Not Gambling Advice

The Service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Predictions and analysis provided by Off The Bench do not constitute gambling advice, financial advice, or any guarantee of outcomes. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the Service.

If you choose to place wagers, you do so at your own risk. Please gamble responsibly. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

4. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually) depending on the plan you select. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Free Tier

Free accounts are limited to 3 predictions per calendar month. Trial users (no account) receive 1 lifetime prediction. These limits may change at our discretion.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service; (b) share your account credentials with others; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology comprising the Service are owned by Off The Bench. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Off The Bench shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any losses from wagering decisions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
